It varies. Sometimes the results can be felt instantly, for example, if you have a phobia or fear this can be tested instantly it is possible in some cases to have an instant shift. For example I stopped biting my nails after one session!. Other things may take a few hours, or days or even weeks to notice the difference. It depends on the event that created the belief and or if there are multiple beliefs as to how instant the shift will be but there is always a shift of some sort.
Usually once the issue has been resolved, it shouldn’t come back, unless there are secondary gain benefits or a new belief is formed. If this is the case, you would work on that issue. You will however be more conscious than you were before and the feelings attached won’t be as strong as before. We can ask your subconscious what it is though and it will never lie to you.
Limiting beliefs are the stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we can do, and what is possible for us. These beliefs may have been given to us by our parents, friends, or society in general and usually develop from events and situations we have faced. They can hold us back from achieving our full potential and limit our ability to live life to its fullest.
On the whole yes, however, if you are pregnant or have a health condition that makes you see visions or hear things it is not recommended.
As with any modality, you are responsible and have full ownership for our health and well-being. If you are under the care of a medical professional and or think you should be, you should consult with them first before undertaking any activity outside of there advisement and Faye Casement and Triple-A-Way Ltd cannot be held responsible should you not take any advisement before entering into sessions or a group course.

Ideally yes, you will get more out of the coaching and facilitations that way but replays are available.
If you are attending live, yes, so that I can engage with you and also it can aid the Belief Coding®️ Facilitation process.
You should not undertake a facilitation whilst driving or if it is not safe to do so. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being.
You ideally want to be somewhere you can talk and move freely with no background noise or disruptions.
This is the first time I am running the course as it is which means there may be a couple of bits we need to figure out along the way.
Plus I am an accredited Belief Coding®️ Facilitator and being able to deliver it groups requires me to be a Master. This course will go towards me gaining that accreditation and until then my courses must be beta.
