You may work on your diet but it is not a 'diet'. I do not give you rules and restrictions. I give you the tools to help you create your own unique journey that fits you, your body and your life. We work on food and life freedom through getting in touch with your mind, body and soul and then use coaching tools and other modalities to work out the kinks.
