I'm Faye, and I'm here to guide your journey from uncertainty to lasting wellness and self-love.

I've been where you are, understanding the daily struggles of balancing life's demands while working on weight loss. That constant chatter about food and weight can be overwhelming, but I'm here to help you ditch that diet drama and rediscover joy in your journey.

Like many of us, I had been on countless diets. I'd start strong, only to find myself declaring failure and quitting. The vicious cycle left me feeling defeated. I carried extra weight since childhood, battled low self-esteem, and was an expert at self-criticism. Then everything changed. Guided by a mentor, I embarked on my own weight loss journey, at the time shedding over 70 pounds. But it wasn't just about losing weight; it was about finding freedom in food and life. That's when the Triple-A-Way™️ was born.

Becoming a certified Life Coach, specialising in sustainable weight loss with love through food freedom, is deeply personal to me. I understand life's challenges, from despair to stress, and I want to be your ally. Losing physical weight was great, but shedding mental weight was the game-changer. I discovered an inner strength I never knew existed, overcoming doubts, building confidence and a grit I didn't know I possessed.

As a divorced single mom with a teenager, a full-time job, and a growing business, I've faced doubts, fears, depression, and burnout. But I've learned to prioritise self-care and found more joy, connection, and my purpose.

My profound journey inspired me to create The Wellness 4 Women Show: Life, Weight Loss & Everything In Between Podcast (available also on, YouTube, Blog, and in my Facebook Group). It's filled with personal stories to inspire and motivate you. You may work on your diet but it is not a 'diet'.  I do not give you rules and restrictions.  I give you the tools to help you create your own unique journey that fits you, your body and your life.  We work on food and life freedom through getting in touch with your mind, body and soul and then use coaching tools and other modalities to work out the kinks.

I would encourage you to reach our to your Doctor or support team first.  I am not clinically training and you should always seek medical advice before starting a new program.
