Founded by Jessica Cunningham, Belief Coding®️ is a method that taps into your subconscious to understand where certain thoughts, feelings and beliefs come from. It uses a mix of modalities to help you get to the root of what is holding back in life.  Your beliefs lead to thoughts, lead to feelings lead to actions and your results.  Belief Coding®️ enables us in a simple and effective way to safely change your self-limiting beliefs that do not serve you.  Belief Coding® changes the limiting belief at a subconscious level.  This is important because 95% the time we are on autopilot, our subconscious is actually running the consciousness show.

It varies.  Sometimes the results can be felt instantly, for example, if you have a phobia or fear this can be tested instantly it is possible in some cases to have an instant shift.  For example I stopped biting my nails after one session!.  Other things may take a few hours, or days or even weeks to notice the difference. It depends on the event that created the belief and or if there are multiple beliefs as to how instant the shift will be. 

Usually once the issue has been resolved, it shouldn’t come back, unless there are secondary gain benefits or a new belief is formed. If this is the case, you would work on that issue.  You will however be more conscious than you were before and the feelings attached won’t be as strong as before. We can ask your subconscious what it is though and it will never lie to you.

Limiting beliefs are  the stories we tell ourselves about who we are, what we can do, and what is possible for us. These beliefs may have been given to us by our parents, friends, or society in general and usually develop from events and situations we have faced. They can hold us back from achieving our full potential and limit our ability to live life to its fullest. 


By recognizing and addressing these limiting beliefs and with Belief Coding®️ where they come from, we can free ourselves from the confines that are holding us back.
